The company uses premium and selected raw materials. A series of strict and scientific instrumentation tests must be conducted on all raw materials before they can be put into production in the factory. As a first step in ensuring the high quality and purity of the product source, lay the foundation for a high-end product.
A raw material for HDPE is brought into the extruder, where it will undergo a heating process inside the barrel of the extruder.
During the extrusion process, the melted material is forced through the die set, which is shaped according to the size of the pipe that needs to be produced.
A pipe enters a vacuum tank once it leaves the die set. After the pipe is sized with the internal pressure, it goes through the cooling process.
During manufacturing, the pipe is indelibly marked at preset intervals with identification of the trademark, pipe size, PE class, nominal pressure, label, manufacturing date, and manufacturing time.
The haul-off machine serves the purpose of steadily drawing or pulling down a pipe that has been pre-cooled and shaped to its desired form. Machine maintains a steady speed, ensuring the pipe moves forward steadily.
With the help of a cut-off saw machine, the pipe is cut into the required length of the order.
As soon as the finished pipes are ready, they will be distributed or delivered according to the order.
